1. Who we are, and these terms

DietAIcian is made and run by LUMINOVIX TECHNOLOGIES, a sole proprietorship registered in Maharashtra, India ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and us. By creating an account or using DietAIcian, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

2. Who can use DietAIcian

• You must be 18 or older.
• You sign in with your Google account, or with your email address and a password, and are responsible for keeping them secure. One account is for one person. If you sign up with email, the AI features start once you have confirmed your address.
• Please give accurate details in setup - your plans and targets are built from them.

3. What DietAIcian is - and is not

DietAIcian builds meal plans and keeps a food diary. It is not medical advice, not a doctor or dietitian, and not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or manage any condition.

Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before changing your diet if you have a health condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have (or had) an eating disorder. Never delay getting medical help because of something in the app. In an emergency, including a severe allergic reaction, call your local emergency number.

4. AI-generated content

• Meal plans, recipes, swaps, meal-log estimates and insights are written by AI (models from OpenAI). AI can be wrong.
• Calories and nutrients are estimates. Real values depend on portions, recipes, brands and cooking.
• We check plans against the allergies, diet and health conditions you enter, but we cannot guarantee that every suggestion is safe for you. Always check ingredients and food labels before you cook or eat.
• If something looks wrong or unsafe, tap Report next to it in the app, or email us.

5. Free trial, Pro and daily limits

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial of the AI features. It starts with your first AI request, usually when your first meal plan is built. There is one trial per email address (your Google account's or the one you signed up with), even if you delete your account and sign up again.
• After the trial, the AI features (meal plans, photo and typed meal logging by AI, swaps, recipes and insights) need DietAIcian Pro. Your food diary, stats, grocery list and the features that do not use AI stay free.
• AI features have daily limits, shown in the app under Settings > Plan & limits. We may change them to keep the service fair and affordable, and AI features may be paused for a while if a provider has a problem.

6. Subscriptions and payment

• Pro is sold through Google Play, at the price and billing period shown in the app before you buy. Google Play takes the payment; we never see your card details.
• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime in the Play Store: tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Where the law where you live gives you more rights, those rights apply.
• If the price changes, Google Play tells you in advance and, where required, asks you to agree first.
• Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in Google Play as well.

7. Early-access feedback and rewards

DietAIcian is in early access. You can send us feedback from the app (the feedback button at the top of the Today screen, or Settings), with screenshots and technical details if you choose to add them.

• The reward: for each piece of feedback that helps us improve DietAIcian, we add 7 days of free Pro to your account, up to 30 days in total per account. The last reward may be shorter, so the total never goes above 30 days.
• What counts: honest feedback we can act on, such as a problem described clearly enough for us to find it, a specific idea, or something that confused you. Critical and positive feedback count the same. We decide whether feedback is useful. Repeated, copied, automated or meaningless messages do not count.
• Never for ratings: rewards are not given for ratings or reviews on Google Play or anywhere else, and leaving one makes no difference.
• How the days are added: after we have read your feedback. They start when they are added (or after free days you already have), Pro switches on in the app by itself, and they run alongside any subscription you have. They do not pause, extend or refund Google Play billing.
• Free Pro days have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. One account per person: if several accounts are used to collect rewards, we may not add them.
• We may change or end this programme by updating these terms. Free days already added stay.
• By sending feedback, you allow us to use it to improve DietAIcian, without payment. Screenshots and technical details are handled as our Privacy Policy describes.

8. Health Connect

On Android you can choose to connect Health Connect. DietAIcian only reads from it (steps, calories burned, workouts and weight) and never writes to it. See the Health Connect section of our Privacy Policy. You can turn it off at any time.

9. Your data and your content

What you enter stays yours. You allow us to store and process it to run DietAIcian, as the Privacy Policy describes. You may use your meal plans and recipes for your own personal use.

10. Fair use

You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts or scraping, or send automated requests to our servers;
• get around the daily limits or the free trial, for example with extra accounts;
• try to reach other people's data, or to copy, reverse engineer or resell the app, except where the law allows it;
• use DietAIcian for anything unlawful;
• in a circle, use a name that is abusive, hateful, sexual or pretends to be someone else, or harass other members.

Anyone in a circle can report a name, and the person who made the circle can remove members. We may rename or delete a circle, and suspend or close an account, that breaks these rules.

11. Changes

We may change, add or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we will tell you in the app before the change applies. If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription and delete your account.

12. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time: in the app under Settings > Account & Privacy, or on our account deletion page. If we ever close DietAIcian, we will tell you in advance.

13. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep DietAIcian accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be error-free or available. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited - for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud - or takes away your rights as a consumer.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Maharashtra, India, have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country, and you may be able to bring a claim in your local courts.
